BREAKING – Beyond Global Management wins GOLD

Today, Commercial Property Executive announced their CPE 2023 Influence Award Winners. We are pleased to share that, on January 18, 2024, Beyond Global Management was named Gold winner in the Best Investment Transaction: Single Property category.

We are honored to be recognized for this successful transaction by CPE and this year’s judges. We are proud to be in good company alongside Silver award winner, Ariel Property Advisers for their 450 Union Street project.

Commercial Property Executive is the leading integrated resource for executives and companies that own, invest in, develop, lease and/or manage commercial real estate. With an emphasis on the office and industrial property sectors, CPE reports on critical news, trends and issues in key U.S. real estate markets and affecting the industry nationally. Further value comes from executive interviews, data, guest columns from industry experts, as well as access to CommercialEdge reports and data analysis and Commercial Search listings.

The award-winning project is the largest single greenhouse facility in North America, located in Strathroy, Ontario, which fell into foreclosure in March 2022. Understanding the facility’s importance to the local economy and the potential for this project, Beyond CEO, Jenny Zhan, used her expansive network of investors and her entrepreneurial experience to move quickly and put an investment strategy and financing package together. Today, with Beyond’s help, the greenhouse facility has returned to stable financial footing, is generating revenue each month, rendering it cash flow positive, and has diversified its operations and agricultural production.
